Not to defend him, but I would make the argument that there’s a significant difference between the drown-government-in-a-bathtub uber free market vulture capitalists like Romney and the retro-fascists like Trump. But it’s obscured by the extent to which the two groups have co-opted and allied with one another.

On one hand, I kinda think this trend of dragging conservatives for strange but minute behavioral tics is getting a little tired.

I remember being worried about the 2012 election as I thought Mitt Romney was basically a fascist. Boy, those were simpler times!

Get rid of all the robocalls except for the one with the foghorn that tells me I won a cruise. That one always makes me feel good.

I haven’t answered a phone call since Caller ID was a premium feature.  In fact, unless I’ve made an appointment to answer a phone call, I’m not picking up the phone.  I do not think I’m in a minority on this. 

That hit me, too. So Kelly is saying he doesn’t have a cult but he is a slave owner? That’s... a weird defense.

Perhaps someone should point to Mr. Kelly that if the parents sold their young daughters to him (and that’s probably true to a certain extent) it necessarily means that he purchased these women from their families.

I’m glad I’m not the only one to see the “protests too much,” antics that mirror the SC assaulter.
