I think the best non-conflicting advice not found in this article is to make sure you recycle your batteries; which can often be done at the same location you're replacing them.
I actually live across the river in Vancouver, and have only used the Arcos "up there". If I find myself low in Portland, I stick with whatever is closest off of I-5 between Vancouver and Downtown (usually a 76 or Jackson's).
I have heard that you can also paint the ceiling of your porch (and under the eaves) sky blue, but it looks like the Tipster did that. :/
Arco is always about 10 cents less than any of the gas stations it's sitting next to, so it makes sense that a higher ethanol percentage could be the reason.
I know it's all the same gas, yet for whatever reason I get 15-20 miles less from my tank when I fill it with gas from Arco. That's the only brand that does that.

The only potential negative I see with using a Rain gutter for cable management is if you spill something off the back of your desk.
