I would love to see tools for Tumblr follower management that work similar to some of the Twitter apps I've seen.

I enjoy using Waze quite a bit. On my Thursday commute I watched a fellow Wazer take an alternate route while I stayed the course. She(?) got to her destination about 3 minutes faster than I did. I had always figured local streets were slightly faster than the highway during rush hour traffic.

Other than that, it's simply dragging a JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, or TGA file onto the box to get back nice-looking icons.

I have myself down to one card that I use now. The rest get cut-up the second they come in the mail. Discover is the only one that seems to notice that a card they sent me has not been activated.

@Zadaz: If possible break a project into paid milestones and make clear in the contract that work will stop the second a bill goes past due.

Generally, I let the company make the first move and then counter if it's lower than what I need (notice I said NEED, not want).
