@potsked: The best way is to see what works and "copy" it, so I'd say to check out places online like VistaPrint and others for layout ideas. Barring that, you can always go to a place like Kinkos or MinuteMan press and flip through their sample books.
@ReaderRob: In that vein, I was "forced" to install the new IE 7 at work, and now my outlook task scheduling is all screwy. I can't send or accept meeting requests without causing Outlook to crash instantly. Any tips on a fix would be great.

Most breeds do not do well when their diets are switched from pet food (kibble) to human food. Expect a bit of intestinal distress in the form of diarrhea and gas.
