*Hugs* a few months ago I decided that I was going to taper off my mood stabilizers. This is the last week I would have to take them. Come Tuesdayy night, I was scared as fuck, and still nervous that all the bad emotions were going to trigger me. I’m glad to say I’m handling it.  My therapist got an earful today…

My mind and body are so drained from the roller coaster of emotions this week. I want to think that next week will be better, but I just don’t think it will be. It’s going to be a long 4 years for this little gay person of color.
