Seriously, I’m confused about the quality difference between like all the other streaming services and Netflix. Netflix is mainly focusing on their originals, but they seem to have pretty poor choice of directors or screenwriters. They even have fairly big stars for some of them, but they’re lackluster. Hulu’s

Heck, these self driving companies all want to automate large commercial vehicles. An 18 wheeler is *40 tons* traveling at 55 mph. I can’t imagine how bad things could go if one of them doesn’t see a pedestrian, motorcyclist, bicyclist, buggy (bc the Amish exist and are a definite driving concern in my area), or small

Yeah, or they are such weak drivers that anything is a step up (and they likely wouldn’t know what to do in an emergency). I watched one guy trying a Tesla out on video and he was such an inexperienced driver that he began to panic the moment he saw a half inch of snow and took almost twice the time most people would

Also, anyone who’s driven on the East Coast will tell you there are many roads just not built for this kind of system. A lot of them were made for horses and carriages. They’re very narrow and there’s a lot of random one way streets etc because again, the roads are handling traffic they were never designed for (if

Hell, at least taking an Uber doesn’t necessitate that you stay alert and focused on their driving the entire time. Imagine an uber where they said it was your responsibility to monitor the driver and yell driving instructions whenever a situation arises

Yeah that would have been great since SJA was even targeted at a younger audience

Definitely! They both have kissed and dated people of the same sex on basic cable/basically network TV.

Yeah, it’s not really queerbaiting if someone literally says they sometimes date the same sex. It’s just not quite as good representation as actually getting to kiss or date someone on screen.

Yeah, he doesn’t have much to do now that Damian is Robin and the current ‘teen’ character and there’s both Dick and Jason doing post-Robin roles. They were doing a thing for a bit where he was the conspiracy guy but I don’t think it worked great. Honestly, I think of all the Robins he should be the one to actually go

He’s not even the current Robin, he’s Red Robin (?) I think right now. He also doesn’t even exist in the current DC Animated Movie universe so there’s no chance of him getting representation there. The only chance is if they put the character on Titans or something (he may already be on Titans, I don’t watch that

*Left arm goes numb and side of face droops*

It must just be my local troop isn’t selling as much or isn’t selling at my supermarket. I saw a flyer for ordering but it’s easier to commit to the calories when you see it

I don’t even see enough booth sales. But yeah it’s a shame kids are so discouraged from door to door stuff, it’s a good experience with the right protections. And “have your parents get their friends to buy” isn’t really any sort of experience at all

That or just idiocy from people with too much money. The amount these people are dropping is what some people earn in a year. I really want to know what kind of background and jobs these kind of buyers have. At least you can pee in a gold toilet

Unfortunately there’s a lot of American Catholics (TM) who think the current pope is too liberal and listen more to their own figures. And they are super super conservative

I mean it would be pretty hard not to see this- the door’s not just cracked, it’s straight up not there. You’d be able to feel the wind not to mention notice the lack of door if you checked your rear view mirror or looked to your right at all. Also, since this is England, wouldn’t that be on the driver’s side?

I mean it was still good for her to set boundaries (Rachel would have been even less useful to her, at least Tanya got her money and was aware of her issues). But I think she’s better off without her even though it was devastating- the thing about toxic relationships is that they are both painful to be in and painful

Yeah- personally I feel like Tanya would have been a nightmare to work with. But it also felt like Belinda was drawn to the toxic relationship since it gave her the constant hope that Tanya would meet her ideal (even though realistically it was obvious that she wouldn’t. Tanya even told her a couple times)

I feel like there was some sort of assumption on her part that someone who was poor would naturally be good at crime. There was so little discussion of the logistics.

I figured that was part of the message- the Pineapple Suite was bigger, but uglier and colder
