Unfortunately they had a massive takedown of that image for some reason due to copyright. But yeah I'd like to see a lot more body diversity instead of just "exactly the same also, but more like Lena Dunham" for realistic changes.

I agree. There's no reason that female video game characters can't be muscley, especially if they are jumping around like crazy like Laura. She should have big guns.

Yeah, I think some of them have very exaggerated waistlines like Laura, but the bikini girl could easily exist in LA.

It was hilarious. I stopped being terrified and started figuring out how they put that together.

Seriously, the first episode seemed like it was for a completely different series. There were so many things that made no sense later. And why was there a random murder shack?

Yeah, like if we had gotten to know these creepy assholes and seen how hyper-competent they were compared to the adults, it would have worked better. Maybe have hypno-teacher be evil since otherwise she sucked.

They probably should've picked a better actor to play his son.

I would rate it maybe a C or C+. I kept waiting for the series to get better, but it just sort of crawled along. Many of these themes have been done better before.

Hell, 50 First Dates is watchable. It's sad that Blended was apparently bad. He used to be great with Drew Barrymore when he cared.

1956 seems late for the Silver Age to start. I feel like there's a lot of crime, romance comics etc. that were published before then that I would consider part of it. Part of the Ages for me is the most typical art style and the Silver Age style had really come in before then.

It's like getting caught in an elevator with a particularly annoying teenager.

Personally, I liked reading Gatsby since the area I grew up in was SO materialistic and vapid (especially since it was the 2000s).

I don't think there's necessarily anything pro-capitalist about being a dedicated worker. Even in communist countries people have to work. Ideally, work creates something useful and productive and fulfills you.

The book is very good.

I agree. As it is, I'm rather horrified by all of them.

And anyway, the way that she publically announces private health information has to be enough to lose whatever certification she has. If they hadn't known Mary was on mood stabilizers, they wouldn't have be able to tamper with her medication. She's definitely culpable.

Seriously, this episode really stretched the "root for the anti-heroes covering their ass" thing. How am I supposed to care who's hooking with who when they're all murderers?

Fired? I hope she gets arrested.

I would actually love to see Margo fight Amy.

Honestly, considering how crazy he knows she is now, a little extra money is probably not worth the constant threat of being murdered.
