Woah, now. Comparing Zelda and Myst? No. Judged negatively on the merit of "figure it out yourself," a vast, vast majority of games up until the 00's (or later) would be considered awful. What good games like Zelda (the first one, at least) and Mario did were progressively break in mechanics naturally.

Spectrum version. Definitely the Spectrum version.

Calling shenanigans on premise alone pretty much nullifies any argument that you have. Not just here, but universally.

Washing machines? Did you say "washing machines?"

It was really no different from how every single parody song on Napster was attributed to Weird Al, or how even today that the Minibosses "covered" Doom and Mega Man X.

Actually, it kind of did.

Well, there's certainly much biggest communities in terms of fanbase, and yet you rarely see such as graphic Master Chief teabagging Cortana or whatever.

We also all wear mandatory cowboy hats.

A year of Taco Bell would also be a shit ton (no pun intended) more than the price of a Vita.

I think you might have a sliiiiightly inflated view of your actual presence as well as your quality of contribution here. Egomania is a cruel mistress.

True, Valve certainly seems to be hemorrhaging fans these days.

Er, what are you going to college for, exactly? It certainly doesn't seem to be English.

Well, as stated, this was simply the Reaction of the Internet™ back in the OoT days, whenever I tried to bring up the, um, Links between the games. On multiple occasions, from multiple places. Pretty much complete dismissal, united in solidarity, even while making connections now seen in timeline canon. Just pointing…

If I'm not mistaken, this was pretty much the consensus about the Zelda series roughly around the time 64 came out. I remember trying to put together a timeline of sorts at the time and was told consistently by multiple people in different corners of the nerd internet to stop trying, and that there is no timeline.

People don't think much of FFXII? Where are you getting these statistics?
