I hate the “consent is sexy” thing - sexy implies, at least to me, that something stands out. Consent shouldn’t stand out. It should be the default. Also, why does everything have to be sexy to matter?

It might be stupid and appropriative, but I much prefer it to the “consent is sexy” campaign. It actually gets the point across - consent must be gotten before sexual activity. Though honestly, the people Columbia wants to get the point across to are probably the ones ignoring it (or ridiculing it) the most.

We live in a world where we actually have to clarify this because guns are easily available and this country encourages men and women to think guns are solutions, not problems.
