Have a palate cleanser:

Seriously, this cop in this particular situation is doing things 100% by the book and rightly so. I can’t even imagine the massacre that might have ensued had he pulled his weapon.

A ticket is not a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment.

I think it’s also incredibly likely that the cop is on the same side as these people and therefore doesn’t want to shoot them. Cops and the Klan go hand in hand.

Ok, got you. That’s what I though you were saying and I was just like ‘Nooooooooo, nononononono, that would have been a baaaaaad idea.’

Volume 17,853: Being an actual dangerous criminal who’s actually killed/shot at people and/or police, and still manage to be taken into custody without even being shot, let alone killed.

Only if the eagle is crying a single glittery tear though

See my first response to you as to why I think the cop (reasonably) refrained from escalating the situation, even though he would have been totally justified in using force against this dickweed.

I can’t say I’ve seen anyone unholster their gun in an argument with a cop, but I am quite sure if anyone can do this and live to tell, it’s a white guy. There’s just no way thins would have ended the same way if he were black. The police officer is actually going against his training here in the restraint he’s

It’s so fucking gross. It doesn’t seem, logically, that that could possibly be the case. If the only punishment for the violation is a ticket, then how on earth can they take someone into custody for said violation?

It doesn’t make any more sense when you make it bigger. Maybe if it’s red, white, and blue, over the background of a soaring eagle ...?

On the one hand, I can't REALLY blame the cop in the picture for trying to resolve the issue peacefully. I'm sure numbnuts (not the cops) up there wasn't the only person armed, and I'm almost 100% positive of two things: 1) the cops were ridiculously outnumbered and outgunned and 2) if the cop had pulled his gun on

“To me, [the rebel flag] represents the people who they fought to try and get freedom for everyone,” Autumn Crosswhite said. “I don’t feel any hate with it at all. Never in my life have I ever been taught that that is what it meant.”

To me, [the rebel flag] represents the people who they fought to try and get freedom for everyone... I don’t feel any hate with it at all.

Yeah, I could barely read any other parts of the article other than that.

Crosswhite? Srsly?

When the same person emerges from a truck twice without ever entering it, it’s either bad editing or a tow truck driver that does magic tricks. As for the car that disappears in the middle of the road, that’s just bad editing.

The fact he has yet to be fired is concerning.

You can’t arrest people for no reason, 4th amendment.

The real cause of death is still being investigated. Her arrest and assault, though, was illegal.
