It baffles me. I’m very pro minivan. The majority of folks I see that scoff the minivan use the excuse that they don’t want to be seen in one as it cements their status as a boring mom or dad.

That’s the most common argument against minivans I hear though.. “I don’t want to be seen in a minivan” was what a good friend of mine just said before she went out and bought a durango. She doesn’t tow anything, has 5 kids, and paid more for the durango than she would have paid for a toyota sienna that gets better…

The only reason I can is the far set back nav screen and the giant dial in front of it. That was a hallmark of Nissan/Infiniti for a while. 

Came here exactly for this. Hires was incredible, both their root beer and cream soda. Once Mug came around, Hires seemed to disappear. Very sad.

Sure.. That life isn’t for everyone though. That’s a big downside for me, but there are other folks who would love that experience.
