There is a non-legal, unsigned, random fax from 2005 that says he won’t be prosecuted. There was not a single person who legally signed off on that.

The real concern is that there could still be enough non-vaxxed people to allow for further mutations.

with the way that Chauvin knelt on his neck for over 9 minute

they FEAR a Black Planet, because Whitey done spent the Good Years with they boot on the neck of anyone who didn’t need to suntan

If that were true (the part about white people at the bottom of the heap), which it clearly is not, it wouldn’t be unjust.

Yea if i’m them i find a way to make the steering ratio below a certain speed (say, 15? 20?) step up and down, with a small buffer in the middle so the change isnt so dramatic and finally normal car radio above 30 or so. Then this could totally work. They’ve done a lot more complex engineering than that.  Its not as

You dont negotiate with fascists or progressives. Mussolini wasnt taken out of power by a well reasoned argument, he was beaten to death by a crowd and strung up with piano wire. This is how politics are now.

I still would prosecute anyone intentionally hitting someone with enough to be deadly force. If you drive into a protest line that isnt otherwise attacking you at speed, i think you deserve jailtime. (i wouldnt have gone as fast as the truck in the video.  Thankfully they did the smart thing and moved out of the way)

The global need for coal is declining. With less need comes less money coming in. Obviously the coal company isnt going to show less profit on their quarterly report. I’m assuming the coal company chose to reduce wages vs laying people off.

OK, so you are clearly showing your bias from the start. It is the right of the employees to strike. It is also the right of the company to hire replacement workers. It isn’t right for you to denigrate those replacement workers by calling them names.

Honestly, Natural gas is a cheaper and cleaner and frankly better fuel and there isnt much economic case for coal anywhere at this point. So their bosses are just trying to get as much back from their investments as they can before shutting the doors to minimise losses. Even in a world where we continue to use fossil

Blocking a driveway without attempting to move out of the way is not legally protected union demonstration. Of course running them over is not permitted, but i’d just creep at 2mph and wait for them to move, and sue anyone in small claims court who struck my vehicle using dash cam evidence. Problem solved and i get

Blocking a driveway means you get run over?

This is a classic example of the law of unintended consequence when it comes to regulation. There was a move in the 70s and 80s to make passenger cars safer and more fuel efficient. A noble goal on paper. What this resulted in is automakers finding what was basically farm equipment at the time and turning it into a
