See, I said back when the Conan debacle was at it's peak that instead of giving him 5 nights in prime time, they should have Leno host an American version of Sabado Gigante. Just 3 hours one night a week where he can do all his favorite bits and whatever he wants without bothering any other shows.

Talk shows in their final week have been known to have crazy unannounced guests.

It was awesome that Matt Damon, who is well known for doing a spot-on McConaughey impersonation, turned out to be McConaughey's arch-nemesis and attempted murderer in this.

"They still just HAD to kill off the black guy, though."

Mario Mario.

Oh yeah.

"Nice shooting, son. What's your name?"
"Murphy."

He makes smart movies but tries to make them accessible to the dumbest people in the room.

WHO WANTS PIZZA ROLLS???

"I've never seen him do anything mean to someone in public"

Yeah, that wasn't meant to be a knock against the very funny Brian Regan, he's just not doing anything new or different from what stand-ups were doing 50, even 100 years ago (slice-of-life stories, "observational" jokes, and setup-punchline, setup-punchline). If comedy were stagnant, that's what everyone would do.

McCloud!

Anti-comedy? It's just comedy. Comedy is constantly evolving and "pushing envelopes." If it wasn't, everyone in comedy would be Brian Regan.

Sincerely hope for your safety you didn't drink whatever Russell Brand carries around in his bottle.

I rarely find him straight up mean. Nathan Fielder I think is mean, in that I'm cringing almost constantly during his show even though I enjoy it. But with Eric Andre, I very rarely feel bad for the people on the street he ropes in. If anything, I'm a little jealous they got to witness something so insane and surreal.

Yeah, but the way he does it is incredible. The reveal when he was doing photography on the street and then lowered his camera- incredible. It's like pure dadaism on cable television.

Stay classy, Synonymous.
