I can’t make the image work, sorry! She published a book of self-defense in the mid 60s, and the font of the title is the same as “No Time To Die.” Also, I can’t seem to be able to delete a post within the 15 minutes. Sorry again.

This was a vibrant part of my teenage years. Note the font, also being used for an upcoming movie’s logo.
Forgive me if this has been mentioned within the 421 current comments... It’s my understanding that Lucas COULDN’T have directed ROTJ because he’d angrily resigned from the Directors’ Guild after they had insisted that Irvin Kershner’s name had to be at the BEGINNING of “Empire.” Lucasfilm won that battle (nowadays…
I’ve downloaded the Now app from Roku, but I don’t see any options for free content. I even tried clicking on “McMillion$” because it was listed as being free, but it’s telling me I have to sign up for a one-week trial. Thoughts?
Wait wait wait - how can you COMPLETELY omit “Out-Of-State Plates”? Sure, most of it is b-sides and demos, but it’s two damn discs of original material - and for me, I can’t have a FoW playlist without “The Girl I Can’t Forget” and the M-M-M-M-M-Magnificent “Maureen.”
Listening to “Long Distance” now (borrowed from Hoopla) - love it. It reminds me a little of Inara George and The Bird and The Bee. Thank you for the recommendation.
I didn’t know that. Thank you.
Thank you so much. I’m unexpectedly devastated by this news (as I realized I mentioned in another comment).
I didn’t know that about Rachel. I am also unexpectedly devastated by this news.
I’m especially fond of “Acela” from that album, but I confess to singing along at the top of my lungs whenever “92 Suburu” shows up on Shuffle.
I’m not familiar with Ivy - where should I start?
God DAMN.
To this day, one of the amazing things to me about “Poltergeist” is that it’s scary as hell and has a zero body count.
I was lucky enough to be in the very first audience in NYC to see the film, two weeks before it opened. (You used to be able to see the theatre’s regular show, stay in your seat, and see the “sneak preview” afterwards.) Nobody in the audience knew much about what was actually in the movie, but I can tell you that at…
My favorite was Cecily’s emotional “thank you.”
The accelerated interruptions in “On The Couch” reminded me (a lot) of “Jizz In My Pants.”
Granted. Possibly the stupidest thing in the entire series.
Did “Last Crusade” wind up being the box office winner that year? If it didn’t I’ll post my comment now - I always felt that the rival archeologist that River Phoenix confronts, and who gives him The Hat, should have been played by Tom Selleck. Wouldn’t THAT have been cool?
Funny you should mention that Bond film, out of all of them, because I think that sword fight is one of the best action scenes the series ever did.
Seriously, this is a really, really well-made trailer.
