What's funner than the random hate of psycho strangers as a trans woman is having my own mother belong to that camp of crazy. If she compares me to child molesters one more time... Grr.

It would be awesome if we had more women as lead characters. And not just that, but more women writing said lead characters. The same old white guy gets really boring after awhile.

Speaking as someone that's lost 120lbs since March of last year, tracking my walks and later my runs has been tremendously helpful. It kept me accountable at first, and motivated me to push harder as time went on. Now it's more habit I suppose. I still enjoy trying to beat my personal bests though.

Dead Space was one of the few games I like. I generally hate anything in the genre. I don't like being scared in general, but I love a bit if scifi. Same reason I finally picked up Alien Isolation.

Well I didn't need any additional reasons to avoid Florida, but they keep giving them to me.

This is like the very first Mass Effect demo video there was a scene that had you arguing with Garrus about saving colonists and you have the action interrupt pop up. That didn't make it in until the second game and it was the very first video for the first game.

It made me cry when I first read about this. I understand how she felt considering my own mother's reaction about being a trans woman but fortunately for me I was already moved out and on my own. At the same time that slowed down my work toward transition as I enjoyed a nice deep depression for about a year.
