That ‘do something “funny” when you say people’s names’ schtick does seems to be one that Ru is hard pressed to let go of. It’s weird that as an entertainer, Ru often does not seem to realize which gimmicks actually work, and which ones are just tedious and played out.

All well stated points.

And that’s the main problem with the show now. As thrilled as I am that drag as an art form is becoming more mainstream, this is the inevitable downside.

You may be onto something with that theory; thinking back on how hard the judges were on Jinkx in S5, even though she did win in the end.

And I’m saying fuck right off.

Get a clue; your opinions are completely irrelevant to me.

Sadly true;, but from what I understand, she was dealing with some sort of injury during the performance?

Um... I’m looking at it from my own personal point of view but thanks for telling me what/how I think; I just love it when total randos that I don’t know from a can of paint do that.

Not surprisingly :

FUCKING FINALLY.

The Best Man {...} It’s nearly violence free.

Me right now:

Too bad that he wasn’t actually any good at the ‘being an entertainer’ part.

I dunno about ‘officially,’ but it’s one of the worst of all time in my personal opinion, and that’s including the UK and Canadian versions. (Didn’t watch DR Thailand or Holland, as there was no subtitling available.)

Kate, once again you are far too kind in your grading.

If you were gonna skip any season of RPDR, s13 would be the one to pick.

EXACTLY!

Agreed; the disdain Ru used to constantly show for transfolks seems like it has a lot to do with the “kinder, softer,” and more boring side of the panel which we’ve seen all this season. While I appreciate the inclusion of the Trans community and a much wider variety of the styles of drag, I don’t care for how

One shudders to think about what was left on the editing floor.
