So if an air combat game uses an F-15 Eagle, do they pay McDonnell Douglas for clearances? If I make a war movie about Afghanistan, can I show soldiers using M4s or do I need Colt’s permission? Can FN Herstal or Remington sue if soldiers are depicted loading their ammunition into the guns?
