That fear is a holdover from the time of CRT screens and platter-based hard drives. Modern smartphones won’t be damaged.

Presumably it’s so that the video camera can see the dummy’s movement. They’ll have data about how well the headrest works from other tests.
WWWJD?
The fuck is Wheelie Jesus supposed to do?
The rider is a class-A twat. That old dude was not with it at all. He obviously didn’t understand what was going on with himself or his car. So rather than take action to perhaps save: (a) the guy’s car; (b) the guy; or (c) someone around the guy when the engine seizes up, he just meanders around like some sort of…
I love this guy. He calls 911 to to get the police to stop the old guy, who is a danger to other motorist. And then he proceeds to cut through traffic and rip a 300ft wheelie with no regards to other motorist on the road.
I’m always interested when people praise Tesla’s door handles, sure they’re neat but Aston Martin figured out years ago how to make a door handle that is body-flush but doesn’t require any kind of mechanical/electrical gimmick to work.

Sell for parts, car is ruined. There’s probably no workaround whatsoever.
Don’t forget comfort - Volvos have about the most comfortable interiors of any car on the road.
Does it get an interior on par with the XC90, which is widely considered the best interior south of $100,ooo? If so, it is an instant winner.
False. CrossFit bros are too busy talking/posting about CrossFit.
That sound you hear is hundreds of thousands of CrossFit bro’hemians furiously masturbating to this.
I don’t need a bigger vehicle. There just needs to be a standard headlight height and brightness. If I attached some HIDs to my A pillars I can almost guarantee I’d get pulled over, even thought they’d probably be around the same level as any full size SUV or truck.
Can they lose stars for having low-beams that are too bright and/or too high up? Constantly being blinded at night by every truck and SUV/CUV and even some cars. It’s annoying as all hell and downright dangerous. Just because your hood is five feet up doesn’t mean it’s OK for the headlights to be up there too. Stick…
Meh, I drive a BMW, you won’t know what color my turn signals ever are to begin with!
How about they mandate that when someone hits the Unlock on their key fob that the reverse lights don’t come on. I’m looking at you GM. Only car maker I’ve seen where in the parking lot I’ll see a cars reverse lights on, only to release they aren’t reversing, they just hit the unlock on the key fob.
But still no rating for in-car visibility.
