Strictly speaking, the Gold Coast round is an endurance event with the main driver & non regular driver, & they have to change over during the race with a minimum of 34 laps completed by the non regular driver.

It is possible it is parked there because some retard has parked across all of the motorcycle bays. That used to bug the shit out of me when I used to ride.
