I don’t accept your lifestyle as a bigot.
every guy’s apartment i’ve been to, there have been no trash cans in the bathrooms. thank you for having tampons and i guess i’ll just put the trash in my bag.
As a parent, there is literally nothing more bullshit than the “you’re not a parent, you can’t know [INSERT HERE].” My blood pressure spikes the instant that those words are uttered/written.
I like your comment, particularly the first paragraph.
In my entirely unqualified opinion, sex robots of an actual human being who has not consented to have a sex robot made of her/him are unethical, creepy, and really borderline a violation, but sex robots not made in the likeness of a specific human being or made with a person’s permission are not unethical. Creepy to…
I really respect how you take criticism. Not all authors can handle it and you seem to always react with grace and take peoples opinions of your piece really well.
Funny, I have seen local cops handle a 12 year old in crisis without having to slam her or manhandle her in any way. They do possess the training to de-escalate problems without having to resort to violence but some of them just really, really want to be the heavy, no matter what.
There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for a grown man to slam a 12-year old girl face first int a brick walkway for ARGUING with another student. Who is the adult here? I have broken up many an argument between teenage girls using only my voice. Granted, I am somebody’s mother, and I look like somebody’s mother, so the girls…
So the only recourse by an adult outweighing a child by 60-70 pounds is physical violence? There was no other option for a trained officer of the law to take?
It may have. Too bad he didn’t use his words, like an adult. But you go on and keep defending it.
Yes, like the child she is.
They need to get details so they can formulate a response where the officer was in grave danger and needed to use force to take charge of the situation. Then a review board will come back and say that the officer was justified and that was in the right and will face no further action from the municipality gov’t.
Sure, but my son was nearly suspended for three days because he filmed a fight and its aftermath in his high school cafeteria. The principal explained that it was a violation of their “media policy” and she didn’t want the school’s reputation to be harmed. I spent about two hours negotiating her out of it.
“two students became verbally aggressive toward each other” and then the police modeled how to efficiently and unnecessarily escalate a confrontation from verbal to physical. On a child. Remind me again how important it is to have police officers on K12 campuses?
I’m glad everyone has a video camera with them at all times now. This stuff has always gone on. Now we know about it.
She had to have been. And I’m sure they didn’t get her any medical attention.
And she needs to be “genuinely” slim. Like, no, I’m slim but just faking it?
I love how so many of these men describe themselves in the negative: “not short, not fat”, etc. It’s as though they are saying “Hey, I meet the bare minimum, now stop being so damned picky and let’s bone”.
There’s a difference between creating new experiences with the diversity that we see today and shoehorning them into a 17 year old game. But it’s whatever to be honest. Their game, their decision.
