The only pursuits sometimes not won by police are those in high density traffic without choppers. As bad guys will usually flee endangering other people whereas Police is expected not to worsen the case. When choppers are involved, bad guys are screwed almost 100% time.

Customers for a sporty turbo rwd car have plenty to chose from. Customers for a N/A sporty rwd car don’t.
