Very true, though when I lived in Taiwan my favourite was hot milk tea (black tea, milk, sugar, tapioca pearls) and it is quite a struggle to find a place here - even in Chinatown that has the capability of doing hot bubble teas.

Sometimes you can even get groupons for them too. I went for high tea at the Banff Springs and it was fabulous, so much so that I'll go for full price too.
