It really is. The creaminess of the avacado just works.

There is a Mexican ice cream shop in a town nearby and they serve some odd flavors of ice cream. Avacado ice cream is surprisingly delicious. My favorite of what they serve is corn ice cream with cinnamon sprinkled on top.

My kids are going in to 1st and 3rd grade and have already been to over half the lower 48 and we are planning their first out of country trip. Yet, we did take them to Disney for the first time earlier this year and the whole notion of Disney magic was astonishingly real. I was surprised by how much I loved it.
