Bloody show, unless you have recently had sex or a vaginal exam, indicates that birth is imminent. Either you’re in labor or you’re going to be within the next several hours- max a few days.

Even if it was just bloody show, she was weeks, to a month early in a stressful location. She should have ABSOLUTELY seen a doc that day.
