Ooh you just reminded me of my lunch pizza. We discovered Mod pizza today. I had a oven fired pizza with mozzarella, bbq chicken, red onion, bbq sauce drizzle, and Gorgonzola. I will never want bbq chicken without Gorgonzola again. It was amazing.

Yesterday I roasted a brined spatchcock chicken which I coated with a butter that had simmered with smashed garlic, parsley, and rosemary. It came out with the crispiest skin and I was super proud.
