This is unsurprising - they have no motive or intent. Chances are, Tony may not have even seen the kid until it was too late. Would be a different story if the kid stayed in or next to his car and Tony decided to go out of the caution line and ram him. Kid came down to where the cars were and put himself in danger.

That seriously was a move that only a 20 year old would make.

God I am going to hell but the mental image of Stewart Yelling "DIEEEE!" before the throttle blip like Vultan yelling dive in Flash Gordon has me laughing in my cubicle.

To be honest I don't think there is any proof what so ever that Stewart did anything intentional. Even if he did you could never prove it. Not to mention Ward was out of his car on an active racetrack running at a race car. There isn't a jury in the world that would/could convict him.

I just don't see (short of an in-cabin GoPro of Stewart yelling "DIEEE!" before that throttle blip) that there is enough evidence that shows this is anything more than an accident in a sport where drivers know they're risking their lives.

The local news interviewed some drivers in the area about their input on the cars. They bring up some valid points about the wing (which hangs down on the right side) blocking much of the view of the driver and that these cars idle in the 30-45 mph range. A friend of mine who races dirt track also brought up a valid

Mayor Ford called, he wants his Crackpipe back.

One of these days, secretive government agencies will have to realize that building a giant red arrow right next to their top-secret buildings is NOT a good idea...

Spoiler alert! The Princess is in another castle!

Let's hope so. The flip side of this article is that 60% DO have ties to recognized terrorist organizations. Maybe those ties are as nebulous as the "my sister's friend's dog groomer's uncle's friend who knows this guy who blew someone in a bathroom stall who makes $9600 a month on the Google" but it's still 400,000

A watched pot never boils

I don't know why you'd want this at any price.

My mate's Ranger floats past at about 1.32 - 1.42.

I enjoyed the storytelling but it didn't seem all that crazy to me.

Gave her the Ol' Heinrich Maneuver?

Those school children had the ride of their lives!

I listen to Bon Iver on accident sometimes, when Pandora decides that I should probably hear some of that. It inevitably makes me say, "What the hell is this high-pitched sadness?" and then I realize Pandora is making poor decisions again.

Don't worry. The map will say it's 12.
