This is pretty disturbing. When I read an article about this earlier, I was under the impression that the 500k was for info leading to an arrest of the person(s) who shot her dog walker, not a reward to the people who took her dogs.

1) Unless you’re talking about social science, I don’t think science has anything to say about how many genders there are.  It’s not really a science type of question.  That’d be like saying that “science” says there are only two (or four, or seven, or whatever) races.
