I just love how the handled Rhaegar and Lyanna’s marriage, like it was the most meaningless thing ever.

Also we saw Lyanna giving birth to a child and then cutting immediately over to Jon. The revelation last night was that R+L were legitimately married, making Jon next in line to the Targaryean throne.

Gilly mispronounced the name, since, you know, spelling and pronounciation don’t always mesh if you’re not already familiar with the word.

Shireen teaching Davos to read was one of the cutest things ever. I can’t wait til he gets hold of Meli and casts her to a dragon that he’s of course befriended because he’s Davos.

Two things:

I love the lesson that literacy and education for the common people is good that this series has, well in the case of Torgo Nudho (Grey Worm), Davos Seaworth, and Gilly of the North (for lack of a better follow-up name).

Is it next Sunday yet?

This shit is getting way too good.

Truth. Even now, trans folks are still having to undo the damage caused by transphobic TERFs in the 70s and 80s, who helped create the bans on medical coverage for transition-related medical care. I think if there’s one thing that LGBT advocacy orgs need to internalize from the way abortion has been treated in our country, it’s that even once we’ve “won”, we cannot stop fighting. I’ve been seeing a lot of gay-marriage-centric orgs shutting down, basically saying, “we won!”

XKCD will never let you down:

Yeah I’m pretty sure Godwin’s Law doesn’t come into play when the subject is actual Nazis.

IKR??

But I hope that the people sharing the photo are willing to listen that I’m not the angry racist they see in that photo.”

In defense of the doxxing mistakes, these motherfuckers do look like they came off of some production line in a Heritage Foundation cloning factory.

Social experiments are posting drunk while pissed off.

“What? We’re not Nazi sympathizers, we just carry their flag, share many of their beliefs and put quotes from their leader on some of the shirts people wore to our rally.”

What’s the experiment exactly? To see if people will assume you support an ideology if you walk around wearing a well-known symbol of that ideology at an event in support of that ideology? What’s next? Wearing a cross necklace and walking into a church on a Sunday morning to see if people assume you’re there for mass?
