Why wouldn’t this be normal? It’s simple ban evasion.  Dr. Disrespect is banned from Twitch.  If he shows up on someone’s Twitch stream he’s avoiding his ban.  If a streamer shows videos of him on Twitch how do you know they didn’t do it on purpose to help him avoid his ban?  It’s pretty unlikely, but it’s much easier…
