They’ve been using this strategy ever since Pokemon Red and Green released in 1996. Sell one copy to each kid in a family, instead of sharing a single cartridge with two save slots.

GBB: Oh, so now we can’t do a National Cuisine week?
I feel like they learned the wrong lesson from this.
The Best joins The Best as she and Conroy smile down on us.
I remember watching BTAS in its initial run, finding it a pretty cool show. When Harley showed up, I fell in love, and never missed an episode in hopes that she’d turn up. She’s by far my favorite comic universe character, and I grew up promising myself (childhood fantasies and delusions) that I would find my own…
You wouldn’t have known her even if you had been reading the comics. Harley only exists because of that performance in that episode. Any comic she’s in was a result of that. Its honestly difficult to think of another bit part that ended up having such an impact both in the ‘source’ material and pop culture at large.
Dang, what a legend! Arlene was to Harley what Kevin Conroy was to Batman and Mark Hamill is to the Joker; to this day, whenever I read Harley's dialog in comic books, it's Arlene's voice I hear in my head! RIP.
I love both Kaley Cuoco and Margot Robbie in the role, but it is impossible to imagine their performances without what Arleen Sorkin brought to Harley as a foundation. RIP

Different Christopher Lloyd.
He was voiced by Chris Sarandon, with the singing done by Danny Elfman.
I used to joke about there being so many streaming services they should band together and make a service called "cable" but it seems like the streamers are taking the bold option of making a worse service than cable
These unions that are striking need to add an additional clause now that projects that are already completed either need to be released on streaming or they need to be released to the public for free but just taking a completed project like Spiderwick Chronicles or Batgirl and just erasing them from existence is…
Today! That dropped off my radar a long time ago. This has to be the most positive effect on my life any g/o article or comment has had
There’s a lot of 2000s television that didn’t age well. I’m glad that we’ve been able to get past a lot of the homophobic and transphobic humor that made up 90s and 2000s sitcoms *looks directly at Friends*.
Having your audience vote on your creative decisions is a fantastic way to get them deeply emotionally invested whilst inevitably setting them up for disappointment and absolute spittle-flecked rage directed at you for not giving them exactly what they expected.
White Rabbit is yet another case of cryptobros* desperately looking for some use - any actually useful use - for NFTs other than ‘pure speculation’ and settling on a solution that’s already done better and easier without them. Like in this case ‘only the $10/mo and up members of my Patreon get to vote on the plot’…
“How did you know you were bulletproof?”
“I didn’t—I just knew you weren’t.”
I mean, I kinda disagree with the thesis here — Clark/Superman isn’t being ignored at all, he’s very much the main character, and it’s an extremely charming portrayal of him (although, of course, “extremely charming” describes everyone and also the show itself). Clark’s getting a lot of deserved praise for his himbo…
No Lex Luthor? Am I the only one who immediately suspected that Parasite’s assistant Alex was him?
