1. One of the reasons I am pro-choice is because I would rather someone get an abortion than to have a child they didn’t want, take their anger out on said child, and then murder them at six years old.

2. It is possible that Thompson did not shoot his girlfriend because he wanted the baby, but because she got pregnant

1. The three men who I need to narrate everything in video games: The gentleman from Darkest Dungeon, the gentleman from Stanley Parable, and Logan Cunningham, he of Rucks and Lord Hades fame.

2. Whoever does the art for Darkest Dungeon should work on a Hellboy game. Make it look straight out of Mike Mignola’s

There’s been a rumor-treated-as-fact going around elsewhere on social media that Foxx “had a heart attack and/or stroke from getting angry enough at someone during an argument.”

1. I’m not sure where they got this information from
2. I’m not sure if that’s even how that works

The only one of the “flops in progress” I’m actively rooting for is plant protein-based meat. I’m not vegetarian, nor do I plan to be, but I’m fine with people who choose to be and understand some of their choices behind it. I also think it’s more convenient for people who keep Kosher, since they don’t have to

I’m not really a Reddit person, but I do religiously refer to the subreddit for Food Fantasy (a gacha mobile game that was briefly popular, and then instantly abandoned by a lot of people the second Genshin Impact was released). It seems to be the only bastion left of people still actively talking about the game.

I have long since stopped caring about the “Rock and Roll” part of the title.

For me, the criteria is this:

- Are you a musician who has been performing for a certain amount of time?

- Did you drastically alter the pop culture landscape with your music? Did you spawn new clothing trends? Late night sketches? Did large,

Working in a supermarket and a pharmacy, I unfortunately ran into customers like that. “If I drink water, eat vegan, walk a mile each day, and wash my hands regularly, I’ll never get sick.” You could unfortunately do everything right, and still end up with a hereditary disease.

Not a pet, but if there’s a Meowth in a Pokémon game, I always have to name a female one “Maddie” after the late Maddie Blaustein, Meowth’s original English VA.

Talked this over with my dad, who is a longtime McDonald’s fan. We have different theories about it (it could be a mix of both):

Dad’s theory: People preferred the peanut oil they used to use over the canola oil they use now.

My theory: People in their 20's-30's are trying to purge anything they don’t genuinely enjoy or

I wouldn’t personally have sex when drunk, or with someone who was drunk. But that’s just me.

I meant more when it’s used as padding to distract from when the plot isn’t very good. Keeping the viewer engaged because there might be a random shot of a woman (who isn’t named or relevant to the plot) topless.

I am fine with sex in media in the following cases:

- Consenting adults
- Times where it makes sense in the plot and isn’t used just as filler or to hide that there is really nothing else going on plotwise
- If there is a rape scene, it should be done making sure the actors involved are all comfortable during filming
-

I interpreted it as the “cancel culture and/or feminism in general is sex-negative” take, which is something I firmly disagree with (but I’ve seen this interpretation more than once). Being against coercive relationships in the workplace, having sensitivity coaches during sex scenes, and not forcing people to do nude

“Beetlejuice Goes Hawaiian*” better be dedicated to his memory.

*I do not expect this film to ever actually come out, but hypothetically, if it does

1. This isn’t entirely relevant, but because people are bringing up comparisons to Twilight and 50 Shades of Grey in the comments— having read/watched neither, how similar is the original fanfiction to the finished book? I remember when 50 Shades initially came out, at least a couple people didn’t believe me that it

It’s my favorite anime of all time, but it’s absolutely an acquired taste. Don’t beat yourself up if you “don’t get it”, I get why a lot of people don’t.

To be fair, I only ever watch maybe two anime a year. Most anime doesn’t actually do it for me, I just get really into the 1-2 that do.

Someone’s unfortunately going to call you misogynist either way. If you don’t like female characters who are written badly, people will think you hate women. If you defend poorly written female characters, people will also think you hate women.

I don’t know how true this is, but (supposedly) the Muppet version isn’t Kate Pierson, but rather one of the actresses who later played Kate Monster in Avenue Q.

I’m really only familiar with him as Tygra in Thundercats 2011, and Jotaro in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, but I really appreciate whenever his voice comes up in anything.

I don’t even watch or read Naruto, but hearing people constantly shit so hard on Sakura makes me only want to root for her more. Female characters in shonen manga universally get shit on no matter who the writers are, or even if the writers are halfway decent at writing women. If they’re noncombatants who still have
