I always thought Lilo and Stitch was Disney’s take on the Gremlins/80's “a child and their pet monster/alien” story. Kid finds alien monster, it’s initially scary, but actually friendly, wacky shenanigans happen, the creature becomes part of the family.

Watching The Sea Beast in another window as I’m typing this and it

The Japanese mentality of overwork + stigmatizing talking about mental health concerns me. Human beings only have so much of a limit on what we can do each day, whether it’s physical or emotional. We should be allowed to take a break, and we shouldn’t have to burden 100% of the work by ourselves, 24/7.

I no longer have a Cold Stone near me, but I remember when I did, you could always ask for them to put down a sheet of wax paper between the ice cream and the countertop to reduce the risk of contact to allergens, as well.

It’s not a shitpost, but as someone who always wondered how Japan viewed American otaku culture, the video where she visits Barnes & Noble to double-dip on some of her favorite manga in English is fascinating.

There’s a shot of her reading Berserk while eating an Elmo cookie in the café that cracks me up.

I know, I know.

It’s entirely possible he was talking to a familial family member, too, not a boyfriend. We’ve only ever “met” his mom, but it’s implied he has a much larger family.

I feel like if there were ever an officially licensed comic book, that “missing year” would be the perfect place to set it. I feel like this series would be perfect for that and a bestiary book of all the creature lore between the film and both shows.

I read an interview with Harvey and Kayvan on comicbook.com about

I almost missed it because I’m short on funds as of late and don’t want the FOMO of seeing games I can’t afford, even when they’re on sale. But a friend tipped me off that the character the minigame revolved around was a bit like Spamton from Deltarune. I did get some chuckles out of it.

I also didn’t know Shoomlah

The only game I can remember offhand that gave me motion sickness was Guns of Icarus, if anyone remembers that one. It was the rocking back and forth of the boat that did it. Dunno if I have seasickness irl, I’ve only ever been on stationary or incredibly slow, still boats IRL.

I’m all for remaking bad or mediocre things. Don’t remake good things, they were done right the first time. Remake things that needed a budget, talent, money, etc. that they didn’t get the first time.

I did reply asking him a while back if Reginald Van Winslow (a character I had a soft spot for from the Telltale games) was still canon. I hope that wasn’t taken as a hate comment.

No minority should have to represent the whole of their group on their shoulders. Just as Jewish people shouldn’t have to be entirely represented by Woody Allen, NB’s shouldn’t be entirely represented by Ezra Miller.

Being a minority doesn’t mean you’re immune to being problematic, either. Plenty of minorities have

I’m hoping that brief shot of Batman and Catwoman is them actually getting a chance to do (or at least, imply) That Thing They Weren’t Allowed To Do In Season 2.

I’m also looking forward to hearing Harvey Guillén. I’m so glad his career is taking off, he’s wonderful in WWDITS.

As someone who’s always wanted to play a Persona game but never has, this is exciting.

I have no idea what their intended purpose is if they’re not supposed to be (or can’t be, in the case of Yu-Gi-Oh!) used in game.

I guess it’s a better look at the art, though if that were the case, I’d rather a full art version with no text.

I guess you could get them signed by a voice actor of a character associated

I’ll be honest, despite being stalked in the past, the only reason I haven’t played Boyfriend Dungeon yet is because I was morbidly curious to see what would happen if you went along with the stalker’s advances (the game apparently doesn’t give you the option).

I apologize. I’m attracted to all genders, but I’ve had numerous people tell me that calling myself bi is not trans inclusive or welcoming to nonbinary folk, even though I’ve dated multiple people who are trans, NB, or genderfluid. I just wanted to be respectful.

My ideal queer game:

1. A mixture of body types and personalities.
2. Being able to date anyone or almost anyone based on whose personality you vibe with the most. (I’m somewhere between bi & pan.)
3. Very little crying or yearning. I’ve spent most of my life doing both and it’s exhausting. I want a mostly happy story.
4.

I admit as a Nandor x Guillermo shipper since Season 1, I’m still going through the trailers with a fine-tooth comb looking to see if this will finally be the season they make it canon.

It’ll be bittersweet watching footage of this, knowing it’s probably the last role Billy Kametz recorded before his passing.

It’s one of the two childhood books I remember that seemed perfect for a kids’ movie & were never adapted (the other is Gooseberry Park by Cynthia Rylant, which I assume never got optioned because it’s about a chocolate lab and a hermit crab smuggling their pregnant squirrel friend to live in their owner’s house for
