So happy that my youth was free of cell phones and any documentation of my stupidity other than stories told by friends and family.  No evidence to refute me when I tell my own kids to be safe and don’t do crazy shit.

Hauling ass, likely drunk, staring at cops, car goes the way your head points.

In minutes?

Funny, cause I hear Drowning Pool doing “Let the bodies hit the floor”...

Purchased a ‘17 WRX from Carvana. They took their time paying off the trade in loan. Then they took 90 days to finally send me the registration paperwork.  Took another two months to get them to refund me what it cost for PA state and emissions testing.  Their use of GA temp registration becomes a big issue in another

Wouldn’t be so bad if they “constant”ly used the same malapropism, but halfway down it corrects.

Sounds like Maronda homes... look great from the outside, everything inside just barely meets code, all of the appliances and fixtures are the cheapest contractor’s pack from the chain store du jour, etc. Disposable homes built quickly and sold as soon as possible.

If he wants unique and attention getting, a Nitro yellow Supra works.  Only car I have owned that I have strangers coming over at the gas station to talk about it, people taking pictures driving down the interstate, and thumbs up from just about everyone.  My ‘14 Jag F-Type V6S sounded better, but garnered much less

My first car was a clapped out 1972 Datsun 620 single cab pickup. 100" wheelbase. So no, there are no modern compact trucks, they are all bloated luxobarges in comparison.

C8 Corvette vert is a better looking car than the hardtop.  Best current folding hard top convertible.

Wrong offset, very wrong diameter tires, one of the homeliest of the SN95 wheels. So no, just no.

I am just wondering how a 1 meter long Miata will work for daily use... methinks there were supposed to be some “cm”s in there somewhere.

It seems like all of the electric powered vehicle fans are insanely defensive of their preferred products. I thought Tesla was an outlier, but I am waiting for delivery of an electric bike, and the Facebook groups for them are as bad if not worse. People ask a question about delivery, some after waiting months past

Still in denial that he is gone, still too soon.  I have a sad.  Putting on YYZ for some recovery time.

PA has an annual inspection. This year the dealership quoted me $570 for replacing the front struts on the wife’s Ram. When I asked why they stated they were leaking, and had oil all over them. I laughed, said no thanks, and left. Not sure how competent the techs are when they diagnose a thick coating of Fluidfilm to

I enjoy these kind of articles, and I spend way too much time reading through the garage and workshop renovation posts over on https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=7 because of that...

Good for you, I hate the excess badging thing. I either remove them or plastidip on most cars I own. Haven’t done it on the Supra just because I like the classic script logo and the GR badge looks cool.  Did it first thing on the WRX I had previously, way too many stick on things on those cars.

Very underpowered and under-battery’d compared to competitors costing half as much. Assume it comes with an HD logo dew-rag with DOT sticker for use as a helmet and an external oil bladder with slow drip feature for realism?

Why does it look like a Mazda CX-5?  I thought Ford sold their Mazda stock...

Home Depot just had the 5000lb version of the Quickjack for $999 over Cyber Monday, and I have one on the way to me.  They have a 12v version for track use...
