Dumb question about the pic for #8: Were the zombies in Dead Rising able to function without a head? Normally that’s one of the few vulnerable spots, but the zombie near the front on the right looks like he’s got a neck stump.

I read/heard somewhere that Paul Dini or JMS came up with that over-the-top, hands on hips laugh as a joke and were horrified at the time when it stared appearing all over the place in the show.  Can anyone confirm?
