I hit 5'1" by the time I was 10 and stayed there. I'm almost 25 and I teach at a middle school where quite a few of my kids are taller than me. I've been told I blend in well with the kids. The only way you can spot me when I'm sitting down with them is the fact that I'm Black and they're Mexican.

Bad means attractive in just about every relevant R&B or Hip Hop song of (at least) 2-3 years. It almost never has anything to do with being "naughty". The use of "bad" in this capacity to mean amazing looks has been used for quite some time. I think it's safe to say it's "common parlance".
