If one doesn’t want to pay high scalper prices, then don’t pay high scalper prices. Business can be ruthless. Whether it’s right or not is irrelevant, it’s business. If someone wanted a Switch bad enough to part with $900 for it, that’s on them.
It’s an old Nintendo trick. Force scarcity to create the illusion that something is in high demand.
I found the movie to be terribly boring. Despite having a pretty decent cast, I just thought it to be a slog as a viewer who’d never read the comic.
Bingo. For those who are computer-minded, making something that works like that is no big deal. But the target market wasn’t people who already make that stuff for themselves, but the average consumer who lacks the knowledge, skill, and/or the patience to do it. I would never have bought the NES Classic for myself…
This is just a promo shot. In live action, it probably won’t be noticeable.
I second this. I bought a Slime from my local department store last year and it has been immensely useful. Loud, yes, but if there is such a thing as a quiet air compressor, it’s probably well outside the price range of the readers who regularly view this site.

I think it may fit better than trying to introduce Death as an actual, living entity.
It’s because an alarming amount of labor is dumb as shit. If you don’t own the business, YOU ARE LABOR.
I’ve always believed the incessant push to get everyone to attend college only oversaturates the market and devalues all degrees. College these days really isn’t what it used to be decades ago.
I kinda find myself in a similar boat. I never went to college as I chose to join the workforce right out of high school. 12 years later, I’ve chosen to reset things in my life and want to move up higher than where I’ve been, but am not convinced college is the only answer.
I didn’t like Gambon’s debut in the role, but he got better as the movies progressed.
It is better, but given the low standard of WWE programming these days, that isn’t necessarily saying a lot.
When you phrase it all like that, this show is in even worse shape than I thought. WWE doesn’t care for logic or consistency in its booking. Cena will win. And that’s true about Orton, but that’s WWE’s ass-backwards logic when it comes to “faces” and “heels”. Bray should technically be the face given the felonies…
That’s interesting. However, if they’re not ready to end the show fully embracing Reigns being booed, they’re only kidding themselves. It was the same scenario last year.
There’s a very long list of booking decisions that never made sense that WWE has done (Rusev losing 4 straight PPVs to Cena and then becoming a comedy act, Owens losing 2 straight PPVs to Cena and then losing all his edge, Lesnar taking the title and disappearing for several months, Goldberg destroying the world…
Miz is not going to win. Cena will win, propose to Nikki, and end her career that way.
That has more to do with how WWE constantly books heels these days. Heels are constantly booked as cowards who can’t win matches clean (Rollins and Owens got particularly shafted by this type of booking). It’s expected that heels will use devious tactics to get ahead, but they also have to be able to actually put…
With the Infinity Stones being in play, it could set the stage for any number of other multiverses including the Ultimate universe.
I second this.
