It wasn’t published for long. It ran for 2 years and then dropped off the face of the earth. Even searching on Google doesn’t reveal much about it.
Thanks for sharing this image! It’s a very interesting way to look at the balance of the universe.
That’s where one ends up with that weird problem of separating a character you like to see from the awful person who portrayed him.
I used to love Goosebumps and the Strange Matter series when I was a kid.
I also enjoyed this scene as well. It was basically a smackdown to a lot of young people who walk around these days bitching about how bad they think their life is and how it’s everyone else’s fault why they haven’t accomplished what they wanted to. Stop whining, take charge, and fight the good fight no matter what.
This is some dirty shit. Warner Bros. knew the game wasn’t ready to go, but they launched it anyway because they likely figured people would snap it up and keep it. They would get the money for the PC version and when the complaints started coming in, they could just brush it aside with a “we’re working on it” excuse.…
Sadly, it does occur in all industries. I work in retail and there’s been many things that are known safety hazards (floors with huge bulges in them, unclean shelves, L-carts with wheels so bad the cart can’t move and it’s still loaded up and pulled to the sales floor, pallet jacks that lean to one side or are no…
He was really excited about the Supreme Court’s decision.
I love how people can say completely stupid shit on social media and then jump up and down about their “free speech rights!” Yes, you can talk like a total asshole and the rest of the world has the the right to treat you like one in return.
That’s true, but the larger picture with used games is that someone may buy a game used, like it, and then be certain to buy that game’s DLC (if there is some) or its inevitable sequel brand new. There may be some people who only ever buy secondhand, but there’s probably plenty more who buy a mix of both secondhand…
Though I do not believe in piracy being used for everything, there are instances where it’s the only real way to acquire certain things. I enjoy listening to a lot of videogame soundtracks, but most soundtracks never had a public release (if released at all), a complete release, or made available in the US. Sometimes…
A used game sale is not technically a loss of revenue because that revenue was already acquired by the initial new purchase. The publisher made their money for that sale and that’s all they’re entitled to.
It is more probable than not that it is him in the video.
When I first saw the Star Fox video, I actually thought it was another iteration of Star Fox 64.
I’d imagine that given how much stuff they retconned in and out of FFVII post-release that the remake will incorporate a lot of that and make the main storyline more in sync with what’s been released. There’s a lot of things that will have to understandably be different given how much more detailing and rendering can…
It’s for the same reason why I still have my old SNES, N64, and Genesis. I don’t play any of them, but they have sentimental value.
I already have a spaghetti of wires behind my TV as it is. I know I was waiting on upgrading to an Xbox One because of that lack of backwards compatibility, but now that it’s coming I will likely seek to upgrade this holiday.
