I think im in the minority here but i dont care for “regular” car reviews (i strongly dislike them in fact), or videos of people just talking shit. I just like a review of the car or an a discussion of the car when driving it. Again, thats just how i feel.

NY is the same way

At least here in NY i have the title with a lien on it and they send me a letter when its paid off and i hand that and the title to who ever i sell it to and the deal is done. Take a few days to get that letter.

My car has to pass safety and emission every year here in NY, in the US its a states thing. Some states do, some dont.

Dude dont be silly, just use common sense. Sell in the day in public at a police station or a public place with lots of cameras around and only accept cash, of its over $4K only accept the cash at bank to make sure its all real.
