>>Protests have helped<<

>>I am so utterly heartbroken. It feels like all we’ve done for the last two years is lose. I won’t be able to take it if we lose November.<<

1. GWB won florida and the election so please don’t cry about that. Even the most leftist newspapers who have gone back to recount votes have admitted as much.

>>How exactly are we to prove his guilt? The in-house prosecutor was relieved while questioning him. Witnesses corroborating her description of character were denied access to submit statements to the FBI. He was not cited for obvious perjuries in this hearing, as well as his confirmation hearing. Since you want to

>>Your point is bad.

>>If you want this guy on SCOTUS because somebody might dig dirt on the next guy, you have lost your mind. Chances are the next guy will be able to handle any curveballs far better than Kavanaugh, who has demonstrated without a doubt that he is out of his depth.<<

>>How do you know she’s lying?<<

Do I like that he got emotional? No. Do I understand it? Yes.

I disagree. The job interview was a bunch of people saying he was a scumbag and one person who gave testimony. I could see anyone cracking under that pressure.  This has nothing to do with him sitting on the court and giving proper rulings.

>>You’re right, the timing IS suspicious. SCOTUS nomination hearings should be delayed until after the election.<<

>>Well, we’ve got three “she said”s now so that would seem to carry more weight than one “he said.”<<

>>You side with the accused because you’re a Trump supporter. If the guy being accused had been nominated by a Democrat president you’d be yowling about his unsuitability for the appointment. And it’s a job interview, not a criminal case, so your “innocent until proven guilty” is deliberately irrelevant. <<

>>It really doesn’t matter if he is innocent or guilty.<<

>>So then you also presume that she is innocent of slander and false allegations unless she’s proven guilty.<<

>>Innocent until proven guilty is such a bullshit excuse here. Nobody has found him guilty of anything. That’s what the investigation is for<<

>>Again...not a criminal case. Why is this so difficult?<<

>>Sorry Donny Boy, since the victim didn’t get to pick a time most convenient for her to be sexually assaulted, the alleged assaulter doesn’t get to pick the time most convenient for him to be held accountable for it<<

He isn’t wrong. This isn’t a case of overwhelming evidence. It’s a case of He said, She said. When it comes to that I side with the accused. It’s only fair, but in America now an accusation is always guilty until proven innocent.

The more important question is: Who cares about Yo-Kai Watch?

>>This is an obvious realization, but fuck, we could have remade the Supreme Court. Obama got two nominees, Clinton could have had two in the first two years of her presidency (hell, possibly three if RBG found that she liked her replacement). If we could have gotten a full 16 years of Democratic presidents, we could
