I’m not certain this agreement will be ratified by the rank and file. There is a lot of anger over Lordstown. It wouldn’t surprise me if the result of the first vote is no.

I have an S4, and love everything about this Avant. Well, almost everything. If the MMI display is the tack on style that doesn’t retract I won’t even consider it. Just let the damn display hide when you turn the car off. Is that too much to ask?

At that price, I suspect they’ll sell quite a few of these kits. That sounds pretty reasonable for Fox shocks, coilovers, and bushings. Even if the biggest thing you crawl over is a speed bump at the mall you’ll benefit from a better suspension up front.

Since Porsche has already crapped all over the Turbo thing, I’d totally back that. I mean, who needs to be bothered by the fact that turbos actually have mechanical parts that spin. I’ve called a few times on suspected drunk drivers. Got tired of seeing the commercials featuring home videos of young kids that fade to black so MADD could tell you they were killed (usually with one of their parents) by a drunk driver.

I may be in the minority, but I’m not digging the look of the new Defender. I can see that thing not selling well, and if it flops maybe they will offer a truck to bring some interest. Still, I think the old Defender looks much better than the new one. Kind of wonder if this one isn’t going to be a bust.
