And I've got a little TIP for you.
And I've got a little TIP for you.
Have you ever crawled into a potato sack filled with moist cucumbers wearing nothing but a banana hammock? No? Then don't talk to me about Half-Life 3.
Forgive me for my late response. To explain my earlier comments, after reading my post after writing it I thought it didn't come of nearly as "jerky" as I thought it would, so I figured the bit at the end about the ePeen would come off as a masterstroke of jerkitude, thus delivering on my original promise of being a…
Excellent article. I have the same problem with that that I do when people say it about anime, which I already ranted/rambled about earlier today so I won't again.
I've stayed into anime pretty consistently but I will go long bouts without it and this is the main reason, and I think your reason is the main reason for most people. People bitching about how shitty anime is irritates me. There have always been a crapload of shitty shows with about 3 or 4 good ones every season. …
Kind of irrelevant. I'm speaking about how it is viewed by it's contemporaries and how it shaped the future of the medium it exists in. It's not about how much money it made.
Also can we please stop trying to find the "Citizen Kane of gaming"? We already have it, it is called Super Mario Brothers. It changed gaming to what it is today and it wasn't trying to be an action film.
Jonathan Blows.
I'll spin your words pretty hard... with my fist!
So the Ocarina remake was made by a Director Shiggy thought was crap and couldn't be bothered to hand hold while they work on Skyward Sword.
"Adding on" is still changing the ending because it isn't what the original creator intended the ending to be.
While I think it is absolutely stupid that people raged so hard about the ending that they changed it, game endings as a whole have been pretty shitty for years. If anything maybe from now on developers will start putting more effort on the ending to all games. I honestly can't think of a game in the last 10 years…
I can't call a game my favorite unless I beat it. I can like a lot of games but I wouldn't dare call anything my favorite if I haven't seen ending/credits.
Yeah I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but I know I will but I'm fine with that.
As you read off those games you like I realized how much I've grown out of them. Uncharted, Halo and God of War all seem so childish ironically. They are so campy and cheesy, and only two years ago I loved all three of those franchises. Yet I don't think I could ever grow out of Mario, Zelda and Metroid just…
That's about right, except I'd add GUST can be pretty boring too.
That's almost a given. People talk shit about Nintendo but so far their console is the only way I can experience their games. If I really want to play Nintendo games in a way that can't be emulated on PC I have to buy a Wii or WiiU. Xbox and Playstations, like stated above are just gimped computers you can't…
That's it. I'm done.
I did one for Street Fighter vs Tekken:
Thank God Kotaku, of all the damn game sites in all the world you guys got the rating system correct.
