Actually it was because early anime was based directly on early Disney films. From there the designs just evolved. You like anime from Japan? Thank Disney!

I haven't been this excited about a game in a while. Super Metroid was the game that defined my childhood, and while I was happy with Metroid Prime because Nintendo didn't let the franchise die, and they were good solid games, THIS is the Metroid game that I have wanted for years.

I'll go to it. A-Kon is a huge con, but they get horrible guests and no one in the industry so the panels and autographs are always really lame. This will be something to look forward to.
