Anyone ever call this “praying”? Just me?

There’s a part of me that would love to see God say ‘You’ve gotten it wrong for too long. Let me explain.”

I can see that. People are more complex and nuanced than we give them credit for, and I find it unfortunate that our differences often get turn into “all-or-nothing” (as in, you have this view on this particular item, and therefore everything else you do an say is eye-roll worthy and invalidated).

Not ALL mega churches.

I disagree. I lived there for a few years and met some great people in a great community.

The Megadrive version of Mega Man 2?

Q: “Are you going to church?”

CHRISTIANS ARE OUTRAGED!

As a Christian, I am glad they simplified the design. Christmas is too secularized as it is.

So, what you wanna do?

I just bought one, and I am near satisfied with it, except that the plate seems to wobble quite a bit. I can’t tell if it affects the sound, but I thought at that price point I could expect it to work almost perfectly!

Watched BTTF part III not too long ago. Props on getting this exact quote. I even read it in my head in Doc Brown’s voice.

I have had a "dumbphone" for 2 years after giving up my work iPhone when I switched jobs. There are some conveniences that come with smartphones but I have not missed being "always connected."

Only $2000 at Restoration Hardware!

Awesome testimony.

Because of sin, bro. Romans 3:23.

If you were Jim Carrey's dad, how would you feel about this speech, especially if you were trying to do your best to protect your family by taking a statistically safer job than being a comedian? I know that his point wasn't to throw his father under the bus, but I believe he did so in making his point.

Personally I think Jim Carrey is an asshole for throwing his father under the bus in this speech. His father was doing what he thought was best for his family. Sometimes you do the things you don't love for the people you love.

Been waiting for someone to bring this one up. I knew it was in Romans. Thank you!
