The 6th gen alpha camaro is renowned for its handling, and is made even better with the 1le package, heck even the mustang with its track pack can handle really well that's no longer an excuse for them, they have power and handling these days, and both can be had for less than 50k

Hopefully the end of the absolute shit show that is the new supra launch will the a lesson to future car companies on how NOT to launch a product.

Man, that styling is so sad, even sadder if those prices are indeed correct for the car too, they had something great with the concept. The car just looks plain puffy compare the more angled concept.

So how is this going to stack up to a similarly priced Mustang, or Camaro? Unless it’s packing real close to 400hp I don’t see it going well for the Supra, even with a massive weight advantage. 

Unpopular opinion, I like it. I like the looks, aggressive but muted. If they make a V8 (ISF motor or succesor) 6 speed in the next couple years I’ll buy one. I'm not highly interested in the BMW 3.0 with flappy paddles... Toyota needs to put their own motor and transmission in it to finish the project.

Sorry, but they’ve ruined it. That is one of the ugliest cars I’ve seen in a while. I had a MkIV TT back in the 90s and I love the 2nd and 3rd gen Supras. I’m a big Supra fan. I was hoping Toyota would nail this, but they’ve royally screwed it up on looks alone. Plus no manual, and BMW-ness, and so many other better…

Way too much hype for an uglier Z4 with a Toyota badge. I don't think anyone would give half as many shits about this if it was called anything other than Supra.
