Not true. There are TONS of bad eghs that get washed out. Starting right at the academy. Are there officers who turn a blind eye? ABSOLUTELY! Those officers are almost as bad as the ones’s doing rhe dirt. In Baltimore there were SO many cops that were given the boot for awful behavior. The public never hears about it.

Explain to me how you are supposed to “maim” the target? Shoot them in the leg? So you hit a large artery and the bleed out? All shooters are taught center mass as a target.

Thats not true. They are taught to “double tap” the target to incapacitate. Also taught to shoot at center mass ie. middle of the body.

In Maryland its part of MPTC’s required curriculum. Not sure about other states and how they work.
