“While police were unsuccessful in their attempts to revive the woman, they were able to renew their CPR certification for one calendar year.”

The top secret ones are typically not painted yellow

I’ve just shit myself

If you think the NFL cracking down on a player on a $5.6 million contract who can’t find any charity to support and instead chooses to openly mock the cleat thing should be made equivalent to the NFL not wanting to crack down on people expressing their religion - you’re gonna have a bad time

DIES ON THE ICE, IS REVIVED, ASKS TEAMMATES WHY THEY STOPPED THE FIGHT

Because Americans are great at finishing what the Germans start.

I’m glad that the law has finally stopped looking the other way with this bullshit.

Certainly not, but shooting someone in self-defense is, by definition, not a punitive action.

Took me 4 months to find mine in ‘09, but it’s been my daily ever since and was worth the effort.

The most egregious part of that is the massive rear overhang. A lot of guys go with aftermarket flared fenders to get more rubber under the car. It really reduces the visual impact of that overhang.

I don’t think a C5Z needs all that much power to be a good track car, at least on street tires. An FRC will go for about 4-5k less than an equivalent C5Z, but you’ll spend that money back getting back to the 350-360whp that stock 02-04 Z06s make.

I disagree. I think the looks of the c5 z06 have held up much better than people give it credit for. A 2004 Yellow C5 Z06 is still my dream car.

Came here to say this. My old Honda, you had to rev it pretty well to get going smoothly when a novice. My 2006 GTO? Just slowly let the clutch out. If you pivot off your left heel, it’s impossible to not do it smoothly.

Its not magic, its called hard work and sacrifice. Also, working at McDonald’s, getting married, and squeezing out kids is a poor life choice.

Your argument falls down almost immediately because booting is rarely done by the police, it’s actually done by the court. We’re not judge, jury, or executioner...we’re more like the constable who’s serving you your court papers.

You are a patient man.

Booting cars is what I do for work, and while I can see a couple of small issues with it, by and large it looks like a good device to me.

“Forcing people to pay accrued fines is not an “abuse of authority” by any rational definition.”

Particularly when the other option typically used for chronic fine avoiders is arrest and imprisonment.
