It's too much if it's a woman with her body, another body, a man, whatever. In my own life I don't see as much nudity. A little ok, but it's too much and not making any more or greater a statement in its excessiveness. In fact, it's counterproductive.

I'm pretty sure that girl was not a tourist, wasn't she the girl who was checking everyone into the camp at the beginning? I took it as they were all employees and she hooked up with a different co-worker, and he was jealous.

Most stories take the "I lost my boyfriend to my best friend" angle; she provided a different spin (based on the title).

Have you ever read the Modern Love column? It is the everyman's (or women's) experience with love, loss, and everything in between. Very universal introspective stuff just written exceptionally well. Hannah's story would actually fit particularly bc it's something many people have experienced directly or indirectly.

You can totally do it. First of all, you are still young but sobriety is not about age - so there's no such thing as "too late" - it's much more about motivation and desire, which you seem to have. For what it's worth, I am 35 now but I struggled with an addiction issue for over 15 years before, finally overcoming it

With all due respect, I wonder if you have children (a genuine curiosity, not snark) because worrying about your newborn making it through the night is just one of a litany of horrifying, sleep-preventing worries you have as a parent. True, I did permanently damage blood vessels in my eyes from getting up every 15

oh ok, i didn't know that - thank you.

Thank you!! I went on about this last night. The baby they had playing Joanie looked just like both Cole and Allison. All of a sudden they cast a little girl with an eerie likeness to Noah? And I well aware that fair-skinned, light-haired, blue-eyed parents can produce a range of phenotypes, but, most of them time,

I agree, my husband reflexively hates Luisa, and I try to reason with him that for Allison to just dump the child at their house to be cared for and raised by them full time, and for Luisa to agree to take that on, is a very difficult and noble thing for her to do. It is not as easy as the show makes it seem. Taking

I agree that Frances has full rights to the children as the divorce has not been finalized but I am guessing the cops responded to the emergency first and will get the details later (in which case Frances would be fully exonerated). If my husband took my daughter on a joyride somewhere without my consent or knowledge,

agree. I commented to my own husband that I thought it would be standard to freeze assets of both parties in a divorce proceeding. I of course don't know for sure what's typically or legally done, but I would assume both lawyers would jump to it until all assets are equitably divided.

I have read reviews praising the music, but I have not been crazy about all of the music choices throughout the season either. I thought Habanera from Carmen, which is overused to begin with, didn't match the tenor of the scene outside the Mariposa. I also thought the orchestral background music that played as Maeve

I said to my husband on Sunday, just before re-watching season 2 episodes, that not a single character on the show is likable, not one. He completely agreed. Makes it very hard to watch characters you at best loathe and at worst detest. I stick with it, though, because the writing is pretty good and the acting is very

Actually, I don't really like Helen…I do like Maura Tierney though.

Yes, for some situations that would work, but for some, it wouldn't. There are some things only a parent or legal guardian can do or authorize. It would be better if she and Lip came up with some arrangement or system about who would handle what and when. I know that Fiona is the guardian, and it is legally her

Thank you! Just not realistic at all. CPS (ACS where I am from, who do work very hard) may not be on top of every case all the time or get to every one right away but a drug conviction/child overdose, ummm yeah this would get pushed to the top of the list for those cases needing constant, prolonged

Very true. lol

She does have a responsibility as a legal guardian. I am a school counselor, I am not a lawyer, but all I know is that if I learn that one of my students was thrown out by one of their guardians, I am obligated to call ACS. I could get into big trouble if I don't - whether or not that teen/child has a child. I have

It's actually one of the more accurate depictions that I have seen on TV of what it's like having a small baby. Like no, you can't just get a job or even go on an interview (without it being a production), and, yes, your baby will be going EVERYWHERE with you, and NO, you will not be sleeping and, yes, that might make

Only read the first line so far but had to comment bc I say it EVERY WEEK….isn't Fiona the legal guardian? I can't even remember anymore if she actually is, or if some technicality (say, her incarceration over the cocaine incident) revoked her rights. But if not, then, no, she can't throw Debbie (or any of the
