The real advice you should be giving is not to leave the Hinterlands, but to save. Save often. Backup your damned saves as well. I've had my saves corrupted not once but twice. Thank god I have it on PC and could restore the save folder.

It's actually a very good game, and fun but the cut scenes take a bit too long.

Haven't seen this one yet but I have had NPCs, usually party members, turn invisible at home base. Though if you circle the invisible wall, that they now are, and frantically hit the use key they sometimes pop out of the 5th dimension.
