You’re missing the point.

Not always. I’m almost considered a sociopath simply because I had to lose my empathy just to survive my own dysfunctional family. This makes me the most mentally stable of the bunch, but has made relationships difficult.

“Dysfunctional” means “not operating normally or properly,” which by definition covers all mental disabilities.

Same’s true of the other side of the line. A solid portion of Democrats have committed to vote against Hillary as well. That doesn’t mean she’s going to lose.
