It's not a spider, it's part of the taxonimic group hexapoda (insects). It just has legs that sort of look like a spiders.

It's good, but don't watch it for 30 minute car chases. The car chases that are in it are designed to look and feel much more realistic. No shaky cameras and base heavy electronic pop music. Mostly the movie is spent developing the characters that the actors are playing.
